The Old Media Orchestra performed together for the first time yesterday as part of Art Not Apart at the National Film and Sound Archive. Super 8 cameras, 16mm cameras, slide projectors, overhead projectors, video and magic lanterns joined a cacophony of sound recordings amplified through old radios. Here is a short clip documenting some of the performance.
This was a collaborative performance conceptualised and facilitated by Louise Curham.
Artists included Richard Johnson, Martin Jolly, Tracey M Benson with equipment support from Sally Golding, Deirdre Feeney, Nicci Haynes, Martin Drury and more!
